SUREWAY PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY
Operated by White Raven Trading FZCO • Effective date: August 4, 2026
1. What This Policy CoversThis policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on mysureway.com, what each of them does, and how you can change your mind at any time. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy at mysureway.com/privacy, which explains what we do with the information collected.
2. What Cookies AreA cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the Site remember things between pages and between visits — that you are logged in, what is in your basket, which language you chose.
We also use technologies that work in a similar way and which this policy treats the same:
- Pixels and tags — a tiny piece of code that loads when you view a page, used to measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or a purchase.
- Local storage — a way for the Site to store information in your browser, working much like a cookie but with more capacity.
- Software development kits (SDKs) — code provided by another company that we include on our Site so that its service works.
Cookies set by us are called “first-party.” Cookies set by another company through our Site — an analytics or advertising provider, for example — are called “third-party.” We use both.
3. How We Ask for Your PermissionWhat we need from you depends on where you are.
Where you are | What happens |
United Kingdom / European Union | Only strictly necessary cookies are set when you arrive. Analytics, advertising and functional cookies are not set until you accept them. If you reject them, or close the banner without choosing, nothing beyond the strictly necessary set is placed. You can change your choice at any time. |
United States | Cookies may be set when you arrive, but you can opt out of advertising and analytics cookies at any time through the banner, through mysureway.com/privacy-choices, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. |
Anywhere else | We apply the United Kingdom / EU standard, because it is the stricter one. |
4. The Categories We UseCategory | What it is for | Can you turn it off? |
Strictly necessary | Security, load balancing, remembering the contents of your basket, keeping you logged in, remembering your cookie choice itself, and processing payment. | No – the Site cannot function without them. We do not need your permission for these. |
Functional | Remembering preferences such as country, currency and language, and enabling embedded content. | Yes |
Analytics | Understanding which pages are visited, how people move through the Site, where they stop, and how many orders are completed — so we can improve it. | Yes |
Advertising | Showing you SureWay advertising on other websites and apps, avoiding showing you the same advertisement repeatedly, and measuring whether an advertisement led to a visit or a purchase. | Yes |
5. Who Sets These CookiesCookies on our Site are set by us and by the following providers, each acting within the categories described in Section 4:
- Tilda — runs the website and keeps your session and basket working (strictly necessary).
- Stripe — processes payments and helps prevent fraud (strictly necessary).
- Google — measures how the Site is used (Analytics) and how our advertising performs (Ads).
- Meta — delivers and measures our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Each of these companies sets its own cookies and decides how long they last, under its own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control those specifics — only whether the cookie is allowed to run on our Site at all, which depends on the choice you make in Section 3.
6. Changing Your Mind6.1 On Our SiteSelect “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. Your choices take effect immediately and apply to this browser on this device.
6.2 In Your BrowserEvery major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the Site working, including checkout. Deleting cookies also deletes the record of your choices, so we will ask you again on your next visit.
6.3 Global Privacy ControlIf your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction to opt out of advertising and analytics cookies for that browser. You do not need to do anything else. More information is available at globalprivacycontrol.org.
6.4 Do Not TrackBrowsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, and we do not respond to it. We do respond to Global Privacy Control, described above.
6.5 Opting Out With the Advertising Platforms DirectlyYou can also manage advertising preferences with the platforms themselves through their own settings, and through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu).
7. Keeping a Record of Your ChoiceWhen you make a cookie choice, we store a record of what you chose and when, so that we can respect it and demonstrate that we asked. We keep that record for 12 months, after which we will ask you again.
8. Changes to This PolicyWe update this policy when we add or remove a tool. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
