We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Delivery times and cost

Estimated delivery times and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

If no one is available to receive your order

If nobody is available to accept delivery and the parcel cannot be left safely, the carrier will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collection. If you do not arrange this within 14 days, we may treat the order as returned to us. In that case we will refund the price you paid, less our reasonable costs of storage and re-delivery.

Orders that do not arrive

If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery window, see our returns and refunds page or email info@mysureway.com.
